All watches here at Estimra are covered by a two year (24 months) mechanical warranty from the date of purchase.

What does it cover?
  • Manufacturing defects on the movement and case of the watch.
  • 3 month battery warranty 
What the warranty does not cover:
  • Accidental damages to the watch in any way (e.g. scratches to the glass, case, strap etc)
  • General wear and tear
  • Water damage
  • Damages caused by modifications or improper repair of parts
How do I begin a warranty request?

You must contact Estimra via email at customer.service@estimra.com, our friendly team will then provide you with further instructions in moving forward. Your warranty return is free of charge and your item will be thoroughly assessed by Estimra, once deemed defective we will either replace or repair the product or refund the price of the purchase back to the original payment method.
