  • I'm struggling to find my size, why don't you have Female and Male categories?

    We believe style is genderless, there are some who prefer a larger dial and others a more petite, we do not believe your gender should dictate your style preference. Our current 36mm and 40mm dials are the perfect fitting that compliment wrists of all sizes. If you're still unsure kindly refer to the ‘Sizing Guide’, the link is located at the bottom of this page.

  • Can I change the watch band or buy one separately?

    Unfortunately we aren't currently offering the watch bands on their own however they are interchangeable but keep in mind you must only attach a watch band to a dial with the same lug width. Failing to do so will cause the watch band to snap off and cause permanent damage to your timepiece. Please visit the 'Sizing Guide' for more information regarding the lug width, the link is located at the bottom of this page.

  • Is my watch waterproof?

    Estimra watches are 5ATM water resistant, they can withstand the pressure of a water column of 50 meters this includes rain. We strongly recommend taking off your watch before showering, swimming, bathing or any other form of exposure to excessive water pressure.

  • What type of movement is used?

    Every timepiece at Estimra is fitted with the class leading Ronda Movement, Swiss parts (HK).

  • When will I receive my order?

    We aim to have every order dispatched within 1 - 2 business days, each item is then shipped via express to ensure a fast and reliable delivery. You will receive email notifications with all your tracking information. Please keep in mind there may be minor delays due to the current pandemic COVID-19.   • How much will shipping cost?

    We offer free express shipping to all of our wonderful customers across the globe.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has left our distribution center you will receive an email with the tracking details. You will also have the option to add your mobile number during checkout to opt in for delivery updates via text.

  • How can I cancel an order I’ve just processed?

    Given the fast-paced nature and our priority to dispatch orders as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order once it's passed 24hrs. However If you have mistakenly placed an order, please contact us immediately at customer.service@estimra.com and we will try our best to resolve this for you.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    We are always aiming to have orders dispatched as soon as possible however we will try our best to redirect your order if you contact us within 24 hrs of your purchase. Send us an email at customer.service@estimra.com.

  • What do I do if I’ve received the wrong item?

    We sincerely apologize if you have encountered this! Contact our friendly team at customer.service@estimra.com and we will promptly arrange to have the correct item sent to you immediately.

  • What if I change my mind once I receive the item, can I return the item or exchange it?

    Just for your peace of mind, once you receive your order you are given 7 days to return your item free of charge if you have a sudden change of heart. In order for the item to qualify for a refund/exchange it must be unworn and in its original packaging, along with any stickers and or tags the item had come with. All returned items will be thoroughly assessed by Estimra in order to validate a refund/exchange. This return will also only be accepted if the item was purchased through www.estimra.comYou must contact the service team at customer.service@estimra.com in order to begin the returns process.   • Are the watches covered by warranty?

    Yes, every watch here at Estimra is covered by a two year (24 months) mechanical warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty will cover you for any manufacturing defects on the movement and case of the watch. This will also include a 3 month battery warranty from the date of purchase. Accidental damages to the watch are not covered, for example scratches to the glass, case, strap, wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty.   • Are my payment details safe?

    Yes, we use direct payment providers through shopify that have secure end to end encryption that prevent third parties from accessing your data. Your information is sent directly to the bank to process, this will prevent anyone from obtaining your personal payment details.

  • Will my personal information be safe?

  • What payment methods are available?
